성림학사에 거주하는 외국인 유학생 여러분께 알려드립니다.

쾌적하고 안전한 기숙사 환경을 위해 아래와 같이 중요 생활 수칙을 안내하오니, 유학생 사생 여러분께서는 내용을 숙지하시고 반드시 지켜 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 건물 및 사생실 내 반드시 금연  "학교의 모든 시설과 건물은 법정 금연 구역입니다. "

   - 성림학사 복도, 계단, 화장실, 개별 호실 등에서 흡연하여 영구 퇴사(흡연 경고 5점 및 화재 발생 위험물 반입 영구퇴사) 당하지 않도록 주의하시기 바랍니다. 

2. 사생실 내 취사도구 반입(보관)금지 "성림학사의 공용주방을 이용하세요"

   - 사생실 내에서의 취사 행위는 화재 사고, 벽지 오염, 해충(바퀴벌레 등) 번식으로 이어져 다른 사생들에게 큰 피해를 줄 수 있습니다.

   - 개별 호실에서 취사하여 영구퇴사(화재발생 위험물 반입) 당하지 않도록 주의하시기 바랍니다. 

3. 공용공간(세탁실, 건조실, 주방, 택배실) 이용 수칙을 잘 지켜주세요 

 - 택배실에 쓰레기 투기(상자, 봉투) 는 경고 없이 벌점 4점 부과

 - 공용주방 봉투 미이용 및 주인 스티커 미부착 시 관리자 상시 처분

4. 룸메이트와의 갈등 발생 시 순서 "성림학사에는 60개국 다양한 국가의 유학생들이 거주합니다.  ((배려))가 가장 중요합니다. "

  1) 서로의 문화를 이해하며 대화 시도하기

  2) 룸메이트 규칙 만들기 (취침 및 기상시간, 청소분담, 통화 등)

  3) 행정실 방문하여 사감 선생님에게 도움 요청하기(housing@seoultech.ac.kr 면담 일정 잡기)

      "행정실 면담 요청 전 룸메이트와 충분한 대화 후 메일을 보내주세요, 룸메이트가 사생수칙에 반하여 생활할 경우 룸메이트를 행정실에서 "호출" 해야만 합니다" 

     - 면담요청 메일: 이름, 학번, 학과, 도움요청 언어(미얀마, 베트남 등) 

  4) 자체적인 방 변경이 가능할 경우 "거주호실 모든 학생이 동의한 후 (외국인 등록증 또는 여권) 지참 후 전원 행정실 방문" 

   예) 성림학사 여학생동 2개 호실 방변경 시 4명의 학생 동시 방문 

5. 건강에 이상 징후(기침, 복통, 미열 등) 발생 시 즉시 병원 방문 

  - 대학 보건소: 제2학생회관 (52번건물) 2층 보건진료소 상담 진행 

  - 원자력병원 서울특별시 노원구 노원로 75 원자력병원

  - 원자력병원  서울특별시 노원구 한글비석로 68

 ※ 결핵검진 → 6개월마다 노원구보건소 검진 권장 (비용 저렴) 

• Warning: Smoking in hallways, stairs, bathrooms, or individual rooms will lead to permanent eviction (5 penalty points for smoking + permanent eviction for bringing hazardous materials). Please be extra cautious.
•  

• Cooking inside your room can lead to fire hazards, wall damage, and pest infestations (like cockroaches), causing great inconvenience to fellow students.
• Warning: Using cooking appliances in your room will result in permanent eviction due to fire hazard risks.
•  

• Mailroom: Discarding trash (boxes, bags, etc.) in the mailroom will result in 4 penalty points without prior warning.
• Communal Kitchen: Any food stored without using a bag or an "Owner Identification Sticker" will be disposed of immediately by the staff.
•  

1. Communicate: Try to talk and understand each other's cultural differences.
2. Set Rules: Create shared rules for sleeping/waking times, cleaning duties, and phone calls.
3. Ask for Help: If the conflict continues, visit the office or email the housing supervisor (housing@seoultech.ac.kr) to schedule a meeting.
   • Note: Please try to talk to your roommate thoroughly before requesting a meeting. If a roommate is violating housing rules, the office must "summon" them for a formal discussion.
   • Email Format: Name, Student ID, Department, and Preferred Language for help (e.g., Myanmar, Vietnamese, etc.).
4. Room Exchange: If you wish to switch rooms, all students involved must agree. Everyone must visit the office together with their Residence Card (ARC) or Passport.

   • Example: If 4 students from 2 different rooms want to Room Exchange, all 4 must visit the office at the same time.

• University Health Center: Located on the 2nd floor of the Student Union Building 2 (Building No. 52).
• Korea Cancer Center Hospital (KCCH): 75 Nowon-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
• Eulji University Hospital: 68 Hangeulbiseok-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Test: We highly recommend getting tested every 6 months at the Nowon-gu Community Health Center (Nowon-gu Bogeonso) as it is affordable.
