서울과학기술대학교 생활관에서는 생활관 행정서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도와 개선 요구사항을 파악하고, 보다 나은 생활관 환경을 조성하고자 설문조사를 실시합니다. 생활관생 여러분의 솔직하고 성의 있는 답변은 현재 생활관 운영 개선은 물론, 향후 생활관에 입주할 학생들에게도 큰 도움이 될 예정입니다. 설문 응답 내용은 생활환경 개선을 위한 기초자료로만 활용되며, 응답자의 익명성은 철저히 보장됩니다. 또한 생활관 퇴실 전까지 설문에 참여한 학생에게는 상점 2점을 부여할 예정이오니, 생활관생 여러분의 적극적인 참여 부탁드립니다.

The Office of Housing at SeoulTech is conducting this survey to assess residents’ satisfaction with dormitory administrative services and identify areas for improvement in order to provide a better residential environment. Your honest and thoughtful responses will help improve current housing operations and contribute to creating a better living environment for future dormitory residents as well. All responses will be used solely as reference material for improving the dormitory environment, and respondents’ anonymity will be strictly protected. In addition, students who participate in the survey before checking out of the dormitory will receive 2 merit points. We kindly ask for your active participation.

2. How to Participate: e-Class (https://eclass.seoultech.ac.kr) → Non-credit Courses → Enter "(26-01) Housing Resident Satisfaction Survey" → Click "[2026 Spring Semester Housing Resident Satisfaction Survey]" in Week 1

3. Participation Benefit: 2 merit points will be awarded for dormitory records

  b. Satisfaction with Administrative Services (check-in/check-out, reward and penalty system, welfare and convenience services, etc.)
  c. Facility Satisfaction (heating and cooling, facility maintenance, sanitation, internet, etc.)
  d. Cafeteria Satisfaction
  e. Additional Comments
