생활관에서는 쾌적하고 위생적인 생활환경 조성을 위하여 아래와 같이 생활관 전 호실을 대상으로 침대 매트리스 커버 교체 작업을 진행하오니, 생활관생 여러분께서는 원활한 작업이 이루어질 수 있도록 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

1. 작업 일정: 2026. 8. 24.(월) ~ 8. 28.(금)  ※ 성림학사는 2026. 8. 23.(일) 매트리스 교체 예정

3. 작업 내용: 전 호실 침대 매트리스 커버 교체

4. 협조 사항
가. 매트리스 커버 교체가 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 침대 위에 있는 옷, 이불, 담요 및 개인 물품 등을 미리 정리해 주시기 바랍니다.
나. 작업 기간 중 호실에 사람이 없는 경우에도 원활한 작업을 위하여 생활관 직원 또는 작업자가 호실에 출입하여 교체 작업을 진행할 수 있습니다.
다. 개인 물품은 교체 작업에 방해되지 않도록 사전에 정리하여 주시기 바라며, 분실 또는 훼손이 우려되는 귀중품은 별도로 보관하여 주시기 바랍니다.
라. 작업이 진행되는 동안 작업자 출입 및 교체 작업에 따른 소음이 발생할 수 있으니 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

The Office of Housing will replace mattress covers in all dormitory rooms as outlined below to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment. We kindly ask all residents for their cooperation to ensure that the work can be carried out smoothly.

1. Schedule: August 24 (Mon.) – August 28 (Fri.), 2026
※ Mattress covers at Sunglim Dormitory will be replaced on August 23 (Sun.), 2026.

4. Instructions
1) Please remove and organize any clothing, bedding, blankets, and personal belongings from the beds in advance to ensure that the mattress covers can be replaced smoothly.

2) Even if no one is present in the room during the work period, Housing Office staff or workers may enter the room to carry out the replacement work.

3) Please organize your personal belongings in advance so that they do not interfere with the work. Please keep valuables in a safe place to prevent loss or damage.

4) Please be aware that there may be some noise while workers enter rooms and carry out the replacement work.
